Fluke Digital Multimeter 8520A. Overall appearance is very good but the case does need cleaning. Display cover is excellent but the area surrounding the display needs cleaning. Front panel excellent, markings excellent. Back panel is a little dirty but markings are excellent. Chassis is clean, no rust. Not working, possibly something loose inside. Sometimes completely dead, no current draw. Then bounce it, it draws about .5A and, with the covers are off, a low hum can be heard from the power supply area and LED?s light, 2 on circuit boards and 1 on front panel. The display is usually not lit but sometimes flashes on very briefly when powering down. To the best of my knowledge, it has not been recapped or checked for safety. Sold as-is for restoration or parts. Power cord (PC type) missing. Approximate size 17"W, 21"D, 3.5"H. Item #10777
